I bought this car August 31:th 2006, it's a 1993 Volvo 945 Turbo+ in
Fjord Green (412).
Specifications:
Engine: B230FT-IV, 190HP/280NM (papers)
Gearbox: M46, scraped a M90/w.dogdish-fw because it was too noisy
Emission Standard: EURO2 (HJS cold start controller)
Modifications:
Converted to E85 (Bioethanol fuel 106 octane)
Self made electronical boost controller SeBCON,
Boost set to 1.0bar (14.5psi), 10 sec. Overboost set to 1.1bar (16psi)
Self made electronical injector booster E85-CSE,
for excellent E85 cold starts
Rear axle 3.73:1 (1041) with diff-lock
Engine:
Engine with 9.3:1 comp ratio
530' head, Volvo A-cam 5 degree advanced
Tight squish squirter block, squish set to 0.75mm (0.032inch)
T3 Turbo 42.48A/R with +90 manifold
Injection:
LH 2.4.4 0280 000 937 with stock 967 Volvo chip
3" Air Mass Meter Bosch 0280 213 012
Siemens 107961 60's,
